Alaska

• Anchorage and southern destinations — add $305.00 on Platinum models up to 800 lbs., add $415.00 on Platinum models over 800 lbs.
• Fairbanks — add $200.00 to the Anchorage rate.

Central and Eastern Canada

• Edmonton, Maritimes, southeastern Canada — add $195.00 on Platinum models up to 800 lbs, add $310.00 on Platinum models over 800 lbs. The rate also applies to basic unit orders of 2 or more.
